Introducing the OctoFit™ System
Your Royal Pop.
On Your Wrist.
Finally.
The AP × Swatch Royal Pop was designed as a pocket watch — but collectors worldwide want to wear it. The Royal Pop OctoFit™ Strap is the precision adapter system that makes it happen. No modifications. No compromise.
Swatch confirmed it publicly: third parties are welcome to build wrist accessories for the Royal Pop. The clac clip is standard. The geometry is open. We built the system collectors have been waiting for.
CNC-Machined Aerospace Alloy
6061-T6 aluminium — anodised in Silver, Matte Black, or Polished Gold.
Zero Watch Modification
Clips into the Royal Pop's own clac geometry. Fully reversible — no screws, no glue.
Crown-Aware Geometry
Lépine at 45°. Savonnette straight. Engineered for how each model actually sits on the wrist.
Standard 20mm Lug
FKM rubber strap + quick-release spring bars. Swap to any aftermarket strap instantly.
The Problem
Swatch Left
The Door Open.
The AP × Swatch Royal Pop is the most talked-about collaboration of 2026. Eight Bioceramic pocket watches, Audemars Piguet DNA, hand-wound Sistem51 movements — and no wrist strap in the box.
Swatch confirmed it publicly: third parties are welcome to build wrist accessories for the Royal Pop. The clac clip is standard. The geometry is open. The collector community has been waiting for someone to do it right.
That's Royal Pop Co. We built the OctoFit™ Adapter System — a CNC-machined 6061-T6 aerospace aluminium adapter that clips into the Royal Pop's existing clac geometry and converts any Lépine or Savonnette model into a full wrist watch. No screws. No glue. No permanent changes.
The OctoFit™ System
Engineered
From the
Crown Up.
Every pocket watch has a crown. Every wrist has a curve. The OctoFit™ system was engineered to solve both — differently for each Royal Pop variant — without touching the watch itself.
The adapter uses the Royal Pop's own clac clip geometry as its mount point. What snaps in is precision-machined to tolerances that a jeweller would respect. What comes out is a watch you can actually wear.

Clac-Clip Interface
The adapter locks into the Royal Pop's own clac geometry — the same clip system Swatch designed in. Zero modification to the watch. Zero permanence.
Crown-Aware Geometry
Lépine models (crown at 12) use a 45° angled mount inspired by AP Royal Oak Offshore lug geometry. Savonnette models (crown at 3) use a straight mount. Each variant engineered correctly.
20mm Standard Lug
FKM fluoroelastomer rubber strap on standard 20mm lugs with quick-release spring bars. Swap it for any aftermarket strap you own. Total versatility, permanent compatibility.
"Queued three hours on drop day to get the Huit Blanc. This arrived three days later and turned it into a wristwatch. The 45° angle isn't just practical — it actually looks better than straight would. Like it was designed this way from the start."
"The fit is remarkable. No rattle, no play whatsoever. The Ocho Negro sits in the adapter like it was always supposed to be there. I've switched between the lanyard and the OctoFit four times today just because I can. It's that satisfying."
"I have the Otg Roz Savonnette. The straight mount is exactly right — crown at 3, small seconds at 6, sits like a proper dress watch. Nobody believes me when I tell them it started life as a pocket watch."
"I was sceptical about how solid it would feel. It's genuinely solid. The aluminium feels expensive, the anodising is clean, and the click when it seats is satisfying every single time. My Green Eight hasn't moved a millimetre in six weeks."
"Swapped between the rubber strap and a tan leather I already had in about 30 seconds. 20mm push-pin spring bars just drop in. The OctoFit is going to get a lot of use as my strap collection grows around this watch."
"Bought it for my daughter who got the Làn Ba Savonnette on drop day. She's 22 and never worn a watch. She hasn't taken it off. The straight mount looks like any wristwatch. She has no idea how clever the adapter underneath actually is."
